Description
Traditional pork dish from Laconia. The local red wine, the orange and the bay leaves in combination with the smoking with olive wood, give the product a unique aroma, capturing a piece of the Mediterranean into every bite.

The product can be consumed as a cold dish, since it has been boiled.
Open the package and wait for about five minutes, so that the product regains its organoleptic characteristics before consuming it. You can also add it in omelets, salads, pasta sauces, pies and soups for extra aroma and flavor.
Combined with a delicious chutney, it goes perfectly with wine, ouzo, tsipouro and beer.
